What we do
PathWise focuses on a solution based approach to solving problems for our clients. The Life Science industry has been growing rapidly both domestically and internationally over the past 25 years. While growth is exciting, the risk is that problems can and do arise within the areas of Quality and Compliance. Whether an organization is an established Fortune 500 company or a start-up, PathWise will help to assess the area of concern, make recommendations, and develop an action plan for achieving success. Common solutions may take the form of training for employees or targeted systems consulting on best practices for meeting FDA and ISO standards of Quality and Compliance.

Our process
PathWise goes beyond theory to teach practical application and “how-to” skills. When training is the appropriate solution, individuals are active participants in the learning process as they apply new knowledge to real-life case studies during courses. Customized training integrating specific client procedures are recommended.
PathWise consultants go beyond prescriptive suggestions and work in tandem with clients to see plans through to action by creating new systems or writing new procedures.

Experienced Trainers and Consultants
PathWise utilizes a pool of highly specialized trainers and consultants to fulfill all client commitments. These individuals are veterans in their fields with specific experience in an assortment of contexts. Individuals include quality, manufacturing, and auditing professionals from the Life Science industry; ex-FDA investigators; and Lean-Six Sigma black belts. Trainers and Consultants are hand-selected to best suit client needs.
Support
PathWise sees all implementations through adoption and provides multiple avenues of support. Both trainers and consultants maintain involvement as new skills, systems, and processes are internalized and put into practice.
Through training in PathWise Project Success managers learned a process for the selection and approval of projects. Team leaders and team members acquired the skills to accomplish projects on time and within scope.
