Product Development Specialist: MidWest

Reports to: Product Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to apply advanced adult-learning theories into practical application-based training. This will require the ability to manage the overall curriculum design and development for CAPA and other QSR related topics as identified by our medical device client.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with client to identify objectives for all curriculum.
  • Design engaging adult based training and education that:
    • Use various instructional strategies to ensure transfer of learning.
    • Effectively align clients current programs with PathWise content to meet all objectives.
    • Addresses all required organizational levels.
  • Identifies key metrics and develops evaluation processes to ensure overall training program effectiveness.
  • Create and/or edit graphical, auditory and video materials.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Adult Education, T&D or related area , plus 5+ years work experience in a training and development field. Masters Degree preferred.
  • Experience developing training solutions for functional job skills and organizational levels.
  • Proven success in knowledge and understanding of instructional design processes for classroom training.
  • Working knowledge of QSR and CAPAs.
  • Excellent presentation, classroom delivery and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
  • Success in consulting and effectively working with clients
  • Available for 100% time at client site. For 2 to 4 months
  • Working knowledge of MS office, Project, Visio. Knowledge of Indesign a plus.
