The first step in any of our projects is to determine where your areas of need exist, and how PathWise can best provide a permanent solution — not just a quick-fix.
Whatever the specifics of the solution we craft for your company, it will be based on our 3 guiding principles:
- All of the information we present is highly “how-to” based. We will transfer the knowledge of “how to” perform the needed skills and processes to support your quality system.
- We use a blended approach to knowledge transfer that includes both exercise and real-world application. Developing a theoretical understanding of the regulations is only useful when combined with practical knowledge of systems and tools for compliance.
- Our approach simplifies the concepts, systems, and tools necessary to implement and manage an effective quality system and focuses on the transfer of these methodologies to your team.
Through training in PathWise Project Success managers learned a process for the selection and approval of projects. Team leaders and team members acquired the skills to accomplish projects on time and within scope.
